Before a single polisher touches the paint, we conduct a thorough diagnosis.
Paint Depth Analysis: We use an electronic paint depth gauge, which sends ultrasonic pulses through the paint layers to measure their thickness in microns (μm). We take dozens of readings across every panel. Why? Because the clear coat—the layer we're polishing—is incredibly thin, often thinner than a Post-it Note. This data map tells us exactly how much clear coat we have to work with, allowing us to safely remove defects without compromising the integrity of the paint system.
